Certified Software Product Manager (ISPMA) – Excellence Level

Software Product Strategy

Software product managers enjoy a unique degree of freedom regarding many important product strategy aspects: from product scope and functionality to pricing and payment models. Making the right choices is critical to the success of software products.

Product strategy needs to cover key business model aspects. Therefore, we leverage the business model canvas as a structuring and visualization tool: starting with identification of relevant target customer segments and development of compelling value propositions, and ending with profitability analysis for the product.

The training is part of the internationally recognized training curriculum and certification scheme established by the International Software Product Management Association (ISPMA®).

Participants will be prepared for the ISPMA® certification exam Certified Software Product Manager (CSPM), Excellence in Product Strategy.
