Certified Software Product Manager (ISPMA®) – Excellence
Software Product Planning
Product planning translates strategic business goals into products and product versions. It must balance short-term tactics with long-term product success, satisfy customer needs, and maintain a clear product portfolio.
In this highly interactive training, attendees learn how to design and implement effective product planning. Case studies illustrate how different business contexts impact on planning practices: Plan-based or agile development, marketed physical products, internal IT applications, or cloud offerings.
The training is part of the internationally recognized training curriculum and certification scheme established by the International Software Product Management Association (ISPMA®).
Participants will be prepared for the ISPMA® certification exam Certified Software Product Manager (CSPM), Excellence in Product Planning.
