Gerald is a founding member of the International Software Product Management Association (ISPMA®) and has served continuously on its Board since the association was founded. Over the years, Gerald has contributed to professional conferences and publications and today focuses primarily on training, consulting, and publishing.
Gerald holds a diploma in computer science (Dipl.-Inf. Univ.) from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany, and is a member of the German Informatics Society (Gesellschaft für Informatik, GI).
